Dispatching costs in Finland
We use Posti and DB Schenker transport services for our deliveries. You can also pick up your order directly from our store.
95% of orders leave on the same or next business day. On campaign and launch days, processing time may be slightly longer. It normally takes 1-2 days for packages to pass.
If you have ordered an order product, we will contact you for an estimated delivery time.
DB Schenker deliveries in Finland
DB Schenker packages can be picked up from pick-up points all over Finland. There are pick-up points e.g. at R-kiosks and K-markets. You can select the pick-up point you want when ordering.
DB Schenker reduces CO2 emissions from all product shipments ordered to pick-up points by using Neste MY renewable diesel. Diesel made from waste and residues is a Finnish innovation that can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 90% compared to fossil diesel over its life cycle. In domestic transport, renewable diesel is used at least as much as pick-up transport. In addition, all of Schenker's new terminals have solar power plants, utilize geothermal energy and also use only electricity generated by hydropower.
Posti deliveries in Finland
For small deliveries, you can choose a letter as the delivery method. According to Posti, letter mail usually arrives in four days - in our experience, sometimes the mail is slower, sometimes faster. Letters cannot be tracked by shipping ID.
Postal parcels can either be delivered to your nearest post office, to a parcel machine of your choice or to your home. You can select a package pick-up point when ordering. Small packages are delivered directly to the mailbox.
We deliver all postal packages and letters as part of the Posti Green program. Posti compensates for the carbon dioxide emissions caused by Green transports in Finland by participating in certified climate projects. When the transport of a letter or package causes carbon dioxide, Posti participates correspondingly in projects that produce the same amount of emissions or produce an equivalent amount of renewable energy.
Pick-up from our store
You can pick up your order from our Outlet store. Our address is Vattuniemenkatu 5, 00200 Helsinki. We reserve orders for 3 weeks, after which uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded automatically. We use our return policy and return charges for uncollected orders.
Deliveries outside of Finland
We use Posti's priority post service for our deliveries abroad. Deliveries to non-EU addresses are sent tax-free. The VAT amount will be credited to your payment method afterwards.
Order terms
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If you do not receive an order confirmation within three days, please contact us. After you place your order, we will make sure that all the products you have ordered are available. If any product is missing or not available, we reserve the right to refund or cancel the order.
Leaving contact information that works is important. We will notify you of any changes to the order, etc. to the e-mail address and / or telephone number you have left. Punavuoren peikko is not responsible for any costs or delivery disruptions if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information, does not read the messages we send or does not respond to them.If you have a discount code from our regular customer program, for example, you can enter it at checkout.
