Where is the store located?
Punavuoren peikko store is located in Lauttasaari, Helsinki. Our address is Vattuniemenkatu 5, 00210 Helsinki. In the store we have models from almost all new collections - we will bring the wanted size and model from our storage at the store. You can also visit the showpieces of our Bugaboo strollers.
Additionally to the new collections, we have a variety of Outlet products on display. You can also ask about any product from our webshop, since our whole storage is located in the same address. Welcome!
How can I return or exchange an ordered product?
Our products have 14 days return- and exchange possibility whether the product is in its original condition. This, however, does not apply to preordered products, such as Bugaboo spare parts or hygiene products, such as swimwear.
If you are not content with the product, you can either return the product straight to our store or use customer returning provided by Posti. Check out more detailed instructions here.
If you want to exchange a product, please contact us and we will reserve a new product for replacement. Our contact information can be found here.Whether there is price difference between the exchanged products, we will either refund the difference or charge it seperately.
Can I return or exchange products bought from the sale?
The same regulations apply to both sale and normal priced pieces. Sale clothes also have a 14 day return- and exchange possibility whether the product is in its original condition.
What to do if I have recieved the wrong product or it the product is faulty?
We are so sorry whether this has happened! If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Our contact information can be found here.
I am unsure about the size, what do I do?
Each brand has slightly different kind of sizing and models. This means that the same size from different brands might not fit the same. If you are uncertain about the size, contact us, and we can guide you in choosing the right size.
I made an order in the webshop that is urgent. What do I do?
We aim to send all orders as fast as possible and not later than a few days from the purchase. If you need the product for a special event or it is otherwise urgent, please contact us, and we will do our best to send right away!
Is it possible to pick up an online order from the store?
You have the option of choosing a pick-up from Vattuniemenkatu 5, 00210 Helsinki, when ordering online. The pick-up option is free. Our store is open on Wednesdays between 13-18 and on Fridays between 13-16. It is also possible to arrange an other pick-up time with us via phone.
As soon as the order has been collected, you will recieve an email to the given email address.
I was scrolling through the webshop and I saw many pieces on sale that I would like to see before purchasing. Is it possible to see them?
Our whole webshop is under the same roof as the store, so of course and welcome!
I would like to order Bugaboo spear parts/accessories, but I can't find them online. What do I do?
At Punavuoren peikko, you can order all strollers, spear parts and accessories from Bugaboo's production. If the product is not available online or you are uncertain of your purchase, please contact us and we will make a separate order for you.
What do I do if I'm not sure that the new Bugaboo parts fit my older stroller?
Please contact us - in most cases we will have the answer right away. If your question is too difficult for us, we will contact Bugaboo for the answer.
Do your products have a guarantee?
Bugaboo gives its strollers a 2-year guarantee and an additional third year on specific parts, if you register your new product at the Bugaboo website.
Clothing wears off in normal use, but if you happen to recognize something unordinary and suspect a faulty product, please contact us.
